An independent consulting firm in Rancho Cordova — hands-on, deliberately small, and built on the belief that good operations are a craft.
Who we are
Great White Services is Sam and Jen White. White is the family name, and it's where the firm's name comes from.
We have been small business owners for 20 years. Consulting has been part of that since 2005 and our main line of work since 2021, and we established Great White Services LLC in Rancho Cordova in 2024.
We have worked in warehouses large and small, and that is where our habit of working on the floor comes from. We would rather stand where the work happens than hear it described in a conference room.
We know the permit counter from both sides. We do permit technician work behind it, and we have stood in front of it as applicants: we built an ADU at our own home as owner-builders, pulled the permit ourselves and took it through to final.
We have kept the firm small on purpose, because we want to do the work ourselves. We look forward to working with you and giving your operation the same care we have put into our own businesses.
